Training Schedule for Week of August 31st

Monday: 25-35 minute easy run + 2 accelerations (one in middle and one at end), bike path toward Smith's

Tuesday: Group challenge, Blair Apartments Courtyard

Wednesday: 30 minute recovery run, bike path toward Journeys

Thursday: Hill workout, High School Butte

Friday: Game time, Rangeview Park


As usual, practice is from 3:00-4:30. We meet in the front of the middle school.
